This month inside Ebb Flow Journals, we begin again - not with pressure, but with the presence and alignment. July invites a quiet kind of courage: the kind that knocks on your door and says, 'don't wait till a new year, now is the perfect time to begin'. 

July's Cosmic Vibe

Astrologically, July is a month of reflection, reset, and renewal. With Neptune, Saturn, and Mercury all in retrograde, we're being guided to pause, reevaluate, and return to what truly matters. Mid-month, a full moon in Capricorn helps us release old structures, while the new moon in Leo late in the months invites fresh intentions around self-worth, expression and self-leadership. 

This is the energy of slow, soulful transformation. It is not forcing you to change, rather offering you the opportunity to consciously align. 

July's Flow

During July, we're focusing on the Body Pillar. The goal is to reconnect to the body to honor it as the temple and vessel it is here on Earth. I don't know about you, but I'm tired of seeing mine start to form cracks and crumble in places because I have not spent enough time on its maintenance. The self-love barometer was set pretty low. 

Nourishing it with movement, rest, and self-love are the foundations I am beginning mid year. Don't wait for a new year or for another set of resolutions that feel good but rarely stick. Rather, join me in the "Middle is the New Beginning" and build up to the vision you have in mind for your life.
